Session Content

I have an idea for a session, where do I submit it?

If you are interested in speaking, complete one of the following call for proposals for your respective User Group.
Submissions due by August 10.
Submit Session Proposal for D365UG (AXUG & CRMUG)
Submit Session Proposal for GPUG
Submit Session Proposal for BCUG/NAVUG

How are the sessions determined?

Sessions will be reviewed and determined by a programming committee in each of the five cities. 

Can I earn CPE credits?

CPE credits are available for select breakout sessions. Please note, not all sessions are CPE eligible. CPE eligible sessions will be noted in the online schedule. In order to request CPE credits, you must complete the session survey. Your last name must be entered on the CPE Requested field.

Dynamic Communities, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsor may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website at www.learningmarket.org.

Where do I access the session presentation slides and materials?

Session materials will be posted in the Collaborate Canada Schedule on each location page within the session listing as they are received from presenters.
Please note: Collaborate Canada materials are available to conference attendees only.

Will the Montreal sessions be presented in English or French?

Montreal sessions will be presented in English unless the individual session is indicated otherwise in the online agenda.

Will I be able to take a Dynamics Credentialed Professional Exam at Collaborate Canada?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer credentialing exams on site at Collaborate Canada, however Dynamics Credentialed Professional Exams are offered and are proctored online, 24X7. Will there be Academy classes available?

No there will not be any Academy classes offered at Collaborate Canada.

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to share feedback via the post-conference survey.


Do you sell or share attendee contact information?

No. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share our attendees lists or contact information with anyone unless required for the event. For events hosted at Microsoft offices, we need to provide our attendee list to building personnel for security purposes. 

Is my contact information given to sponsors?

Attendee information is not shared with sponsors.

I need to update my preferences for sponsor communication. How do I do that?

To Opt Out of sponsor communications, Edit your Registration and specify "Yes" to the question relating to sponsor communications.
