Session Content

I have an idea for a session, where do I submit it?

If you are interested in speaking, complete one of the following call for proposals for your respective User Group.
Submissions due by July 5, 2019.
Submit Session Proposal.

How are the sessions determined?

Sessions will be reviewed and determined by a programming committee in each of the five cities. 

Can I earn CPE credits?

The User Group is a sponsor of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) in the USA. NASBA sponsored CPE credits for USA based CPA’s are issued for all Pre/Post-Conference Academy Training courses offered at the event. CPE credits are NOT offered for event breakout sessions, unless otherwise noted.

Where do I access the session presentation slides and materials?

Session materials will be posted in the Collaborate Canada Schedule on each location page within the session listing as they are received from presenters.
Please note: Collaborate Canada materials are available to conference attendees only.

No, however reviewing the session line-up and creating a personal conference plan before arrival will help you make the most out of the learning opportunities available.

Where can I give my conference feedback?

Conference attendees will have the opportunity to share feedback via the post-conference survey.


Do you sell or share attendee contact information?

No. Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share our attendees lists or contact information with anyone unless required for the event. For events hosted at Microsoft offices, we need to provide our attendee list to building personnel for security purposes. 

Is my contact information given to sponsors?

Attendee information is not shared with sponsors.

I need to update my preferences for sponsor communication. How do I do that?

To Opt Out of sponsor communications, Edit your Registration and specify "Yes" to the question relating to sponsor communications.
